Where High-Logic Software Meets Physical Engineering
We're a cross-disciplinary team of software architects, embedded engineers, and mechanical designers — building both the machines and the dashboards that run modern factory floors, under one roof, since 2016.

Cross-Disciplinary Innovation
HOVER TO READ MORE ?Software engineers sit next to mechanical and electronics specialists from day one of a project — not in separate departments that meet at a handover meeting. The sensor spec and the dashboard spec get designed together, so integration isn't an afterthought.
Engineering-First Mindset
HOVER TO READ MORE ?Teams get the autonomy to design cost-engineered, bespoke solutions — custom PCBs, MCU architectures, purpose-built PLC logic — rather than defaulting to whatever off-the-shelf part is easiest to spec. If you'd rather build the right answer than the fast one, you'll fit in here.
A Decade of Stability
HOVER TO READ MORE ?Operating successfully since 2016 means we're not chasing the next funding round — we're focused on sustainable work-life balance and long-term professional growth, for engineers who want to build a career, not just a résumé line.
The Labs, the Floors, the People
What You Get, Beyond the Paycheck
Continuous Learning Allowance
Budget for courses, certifications, and conference tickets — for both software and hardware disciplines.
Modern Lab Access
Bench equipment, PCB prototyping tools, and a real testing floor — not a shared drawer of parts.
Health Coverage
Medical insurance for you and your family, from day one.
Flexible Schedules
Core collaboration hours, flexible around them — hardware commissioning and software sprints don't run on the same clock.
Hybrid-Friendly Roles
On-site where hardware needs hands, hybrid or remote where the work is purely digital.
Real Project Ownership
You'll see your work commissioned on an actual factory floor, not shelved after a demo.
Current Openings
Senior Embedded Firmware Engineer
Design and ship firmware for custom MCU-based sensor and control architectures, working directly alongside our mechanical and electronics team.
Full-Stack Developer ERP Systems
Build multi-tier ERP and web applications for franchise networks, pharma distribution, and other high-logic client systems.
Mechatronics Design Specialist
Own the mechanical and electronic design of custom automation devices, from concept sketch through floor-tested hardware.
PLC / SCADA Integration Engineer
Design and commission PLC-based control systems for heavy-duty lines, and know when to recommend an MCU-based alternative instead.
Systems Integration Engineer
Bridge factory-floor hardware and web/ERP dashboards the API and data-contract layer that ties both halves of Brinito together.
QA Engineer Web Applications
Test complex, multi-tier web applications and ERPs before they reach client production environments.
