By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use the site. This website has no login or account area — these terms apply simply by virtue of browsing or submitting a form here.
What you can (and can't) do with our content
Unless stated otherwise, all content on this site — text, graphics, logos, case study write-ups, diagrams, video, and the design and code of the site itself — is the property of Brinito Services PVT LTD or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may view, and share links to, this site's pages for your own personal or internal business evaluation of our services. You may not, without our prior written permission:
- Copy, republish, or reuse our case study write-ups, methodology descriptions, or site content for your own marketing, sales, or competitive materials.
- Scrape, mine, or systematically extract content or data from this site (including for pricing research on behalf of a competing firm).
- Use our name, logo, or branding in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without our consent.

They reflect our experience across past engagements but are not customised advice for your specific situation, and using them does not guarantee any particular outcome, cost saving, or result. For guidance specific to your facility or project, request a consultation.
These terms don't cover the work we do for you
These Terms of Service apply only to your use of this website — browsing it, submitting a form, or downloading a resource. They are not the contract for any automation, software, ERP, or other engineering services we may deliver to you. Any actual project is governed exclusively by the separate signed contract, proposal, or Statement of Work (SOW) agreed between Brinito Services PVT LTD and your organisation, which takes precedence over this page for anything related to that project.
Case studies, cost figures (e.g. cost-reduction percentages), and results described on this site reflect specific past engagements and their particular conditions. They are illustrative of our capability, not a guarantee or warranty of similar results for any other project.
Content we don't control
This site may link to, or embed content from, third-party services (for example, a map embed showing our office location). We don't control and aren't responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites, and linking to them doesn't imply our endorsement.
The site is provided "as is"
We work to keep this website accurate and available, but it's provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
What we're liable for, and what we're not
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brinito Services PVT LTD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website — even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Where liability can't be excluded, our total liability arising from your use of this website is limited to the greater of (a) the amount, if any, you've paid us specifically for access to this website (typically none, since the website itself is free to browse), or (b) a nominal amount such as INR 5,000 / USD 100. This limitation does not apply to, and does not reduce, our liability under any separate signed project contract or SOW, which is governed by the liability terms set out in that agreement instead.
If your use of the site causes us a problem
You agree to indemnify and hold Brinito Services PVT LTD harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of this website or your violation of these terms.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Brinito Services PVT LTD is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute arising from your use of this website will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction — without prejudice to any different governing-law or dispute-resolution clause agreed separately in a signed project contract or SOW, which will control for matters relating to that project.
Updates
We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect a new feature on the site or a change in how we operate. We'll update the "last updated" date above when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
